Q where do you smoke your meat?
A We smoke everything on site in our Ole Hickory Smoker using Real Hardwood
Q what type of beef do you use
A we use a heritage Angus Beef the has no growth hormones or additives
Q do you do take out?
A Yes Everything is designed to take away but you can sit on our secluded patio and enjoy the lovely views of Gibsons Harbour
Q where can I park?
A there is no long term parking on the Wharf but if you are taking your food to go then you can stop on the wharf for 5 minutes to pick up your meals
Q do you Cater?
A Yes we can provide you with all the fixings to have your own great meal at home or on the beach, just give us 24 hours notice and we can create a menu for you
Q what is Vacuum Sealing?
A this is a process where the meat is put into a plastic bag and the air is removed under presure and then the bag is sealed. this lets you take your food home and reheat in in a warm water bath anytime you want it. Keep it in your fridge for a week or in the freezer for 6 months. That way you always have great BBQ when you want it.
Q what are your hours
A they change with the seasons but we open at 11:30am and depending on the time of year and the weather we close between 6 and 7:30pm. Check our Facebook page or website for current hours
